Weather Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to severe or imminent deterioration of weather conditions. You will receive a full refund if we cancel due to weather.
There will be no refunds or reductions in price due to foul weather after 7:00 am the day of drop off.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be done by 7:00 am the day of drop off.
If there are any issues with the unit it is the renters responsibility to let Atomic Bounce know as soon as the issue arises. For example if the blower is not working, There is a large tear ( remember every seam lets out air so if you feel air that does not mean there is a problem)
We can not fix something if we don't know about it!
Responsible Party:
With my signature and return of this paper I acknowledge my receipt and understanding of the rules, waiver of liability form, and weather procedures. I also acknowledge that accidents may occur in a bounce house or other unit that may range from mild bumps and bruises to broken bones or worse and that Atomic Bounce and their staff are not responsible. A responsible adult is to supervise bounce house usage at all times and ensure that children and other adults follow and respect the rules for usage. If Atomic Bounce provides staff they are there to try and enforce rules and make sure that units are used appropriately. This is not a guarantee that children will follow the rules or that no accidents will occur. Any injuries will first be turned into the homeowners, church, or community organization's home owners or general liability policy.
Release of Liability
In order to participate in Atomic Bounce events I on my own behalf, or on the behalf of the participant(s) listed below acknowledge, appreciate, and agree to the following conditions:
1.) I will ensure that the participants will follow all verbal and written rules and directives required for participation in any and all Atomic Bounce programs. I am responsible for children at our events compliance with the rules.
2.) If I observe any hazards during our participation I will fix them.
3.) I am aware that participation in events at Atomic Bounce, using inflatable units poses a risk of injury and I, on behalf of myself and all participant(s) freely accept all risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of others. I, for myself and all participants, and our respective heirs, representatives, next of kin hereby hold harmless all staff, owners, and volunteers of Atomic Bounce as well as other participants, and sponsoring agencies or individuals from and against any and all claims, injuries, liabilities, or damages arising out of or related to participation in activities, parties, or use of Atomic Bounce equipment or facilities.
Lessee shall pay for theft and/or damage of the inflatable while on their premises. Lessor (Momtrepenuers, LLC, dba Atomic Bounce) and its officers, employees and agents is/are not responsible for any injury occurring to any person or persons in contact with the bounce house and/or other rental equipment.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atomic Bounce, their agents, employees, directors, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, losses, injuries and expenses arising out of or resulting from participation in these activities. I further agree to release, acquit and covenant not to sue Atomic Bounce, their agents, employees, directors, boards, subcontractors, and volunteers for all actions, causes of action claims or damages, damages in law or remedies in equity of whatever kind, including the negligence of Atomic Bounce, its directors, employees, agents, boards, volunteers, subcontractors, or my family, myself, or my heirs, against Atomic Bounce, its directors, employees, agents, boards, volunteers, subcontractors, or their heirs arising out of participation in this program.
As liquidated damages, I hereby agree that if Atomic Bounce, their agents, employees, directors, boards, subcontractors, and volunteers is forced to defend any action, lawsuit, or litigation by myself, my executors, or my heirs, on my family’s behalf, my heirs or executors and I agree to pay Atomic Bounce, their agents, employees, directors, boards, subcontractors and volunteers costs and attorney fees to defend such action, lawsuit or litigation.
In short, Atomic Bounce, its directors, agents, boards, volunteers, subcontractors, or their heirs, cannot be sued, and if any lawsuit is held no-one can collect any money or other securities and properties.
I have read and understood ALL of the Rules listed above AND the Release of Liability and agree to abide by those rules and that Atomic Bounce will be held harmless against any claims due to injury or other as described above.
